Correcting an answer on a Call

Open a Call from Forms → Submissions. The header shows the outlet, who captured it, when, and its status. The answers sit in a panel for each page of the form, with names in place of codes (an outlet's name, a product's name) and any repeater rows in a table.

Correct

Where you are allowed to, each answer has a Correct button. Enter the new value, a cause code (why it was wrong, for example data_entry_error) and a note, then apply it.

• The original answer is kept. The correction is recorded beside it, and the Corrections panel lists old value, new value, cause, who and when.
• If the answer feeds a score or calculation, you are warned first, and the recalculation happens automatically.
• Photos cannot be corrected here; attach evidence to a query instead.

An upheld query creates its correction for you.
