Data privacy and POPIA requests

Under South Africa's POPIA, a person whose data you hold (a field worker, a client contact) can ask what data you have on them, or ask for it to be deleted.

Go to Settings → Data privacy to:

• Export everything held about a specific person, to hand to them directly.
• Request deletion of a person's data, where your obligations allow it.

Consent for data capture is collected automatically at sign-up for every account — this page is for handling a request about data already collected.
