You'll receive a magic link by email — click it to sign in; there's no password to set up or remember. The link works for a limited time; if it's expired, ask whoever sent it for a fresh one.
Once signed in, you'll see the specific query or dispute raised with you, its current status, and any response already given. You may be able to reply directly from this page, depending on what's been shared with you.
If you're signed out (session expired, or you followed an old link), you 'll see a plain sign-out notice — this is normal and just means you need a new link to continue.
