The platform area is for the FieldForms vendor's own operators, not a tenant's own admins — it manages every tenant account, not just one. You'll only see this area at all if your account is flagged as a super-admin.
Platform → Tenants lists every customer account. Opening one lets you review its plan, usage, and — if you need to help a customer directly — impersonate them (sign in as if you were them) to see exactly what they see. Stop impersonating from the banner shown while active.
Billing settings, Invoices, and Subscription plans manage the plans on offer and each tenant's billing history — separate from a tenant's own Settings → Billing page, which only shows their own account.
Backup settings lets you verify backup configuration and recent backup status.
