The rep app: Go Fix and raising a query
Client representatives use the rep app, an installable web app at
/rep (the same flow is in the mobile app's rep mode).
Signing in
A representative enters their email address and is emailed a six-digit
code. There is no password, and the sign-in lasts 90 days. A person who
works with several clients signs in once and switches between them.
What they see
- Go Fix lists their outlets, with tabs for each segment and a search.
They only see outlets in their own portfolio.
- An outlet shows each gap (a finding that cost points) with the audited
value, the allowed band, the surveyor's photo and, where one was
recorded, a voice note with its transcript.
- Raise a query asks first for a reason, then for what that reason
needs (for example the price on the shelf and a photo of the label).
- My queries shows each query's stage: With Provantage, With the
client or Decided, the time remaining, and any ruling and its reason.
Approvers also see queries referred to them, and rule on them here.
Setting it up
- Who sees which outlets: put representatives in a record group and
assign the group's outlets (Team → Record groups).
- The people: Team → External parties. A representative raises
queries, and a sign-off approver rules on referred ones. You can give a
person a limited access window for a short project.
- What counts as a gap and how it is shown: Settings → Rep worklist
rules, which names the outlet field, the segments and the price check.
- The reasons offered: Settings → Query reason codes.
See Queries: from a dispute to a ruling
for what happens once a query reaches you.
